This hotel was much better than expected. Yes, it is only 2 star and yes it is a bit outdated, but it's a budget hotel so you can not expect a 5 star place. For what it was though, it was great value, the receptionist was EXTREMLY nice and helpful, the room was comfortable and did the job. And also they have a free shuttle from the airport running every 30 minutes which was amazing and we used it to get there. Overall, it completely exceeded my expectations.

Girl in the front desk was so nice and always helpful. Room was nice and clean and has microwave, and other facilities that really help for travelers! It’s near the bus stop too, and has airport shuttle! Location is ok, few minutes by bus to Rosemont station which has blue line that takes you to downtown!

I have had really late checkins due to flights and the staff is always friendly & efficient when I arrive.. The shuttle to the airport is convenient, (pickup is every 20-25 min). The restaurant staff is always friendly & it's a nice atmosphere to hang out after a long day of travel.

Good link to airport. Pleasant staff. Good facilities. Used restaurant attached to hotel which was good and convenient. Shuttle service was one of the reasons for choosing this hotel but also room facilities of microwave and hot water/ drinks maker and a twin bedded room.

location was good for Shriners hospital. the beds were very comfortable. Had to switch rooms due to issues with the in-room fire alarm. 1st room was kinda musty- water damage in bathroom. 2nd room much fresher
